On 30 November Modena was swept by a wave of music and cheerfulness thanks to the Street Parade. Thousands of people crowded the streets of the centre, turning the city into one big open-air dance floor.
The parade, extremely colourful and full of energy, went along the main avenues, accompanied by catchy rhythms and a contagious festive atmosphere. Fireworks, floats and dj sets made the event a real show for the eyes and for the ears.
Not just music, though. The Street Parade was also a chance to promote street culture and open-air leisure. An initiative that brought together people of all ages and backgrounds, showing once again that music is a universal language able to break down every barrier.
The success of the event was made possible by the commitment of the organisers, of the police and of everyone who helped to create a safe and enjoyable event. Particular thanks also go to the citizens of Modena, who welcomed this initiative with enthusiasm, showing a great sense of community.
